Full conference registration fees include the Opening Reception on April 2 at the Marriott Country Club Plaza, the Awards Dinner on April 3 at the National World War I Museum, two breakfasts, and two lunches.
We are offering a one-day rate for either Friday April 2 or Saturday April 3 of the conference. The one-day rate includes breakfast, lunch and a conference T-shirt. The one-day rate does not include the Opening Reception (April 2) or the Awards Dinner (April 3). Individual Awards Dinner tickets may be purchased for $50.
A special track focusing on educators of lower-level language learners will be offered on Saturday, April 4, and can be attended by one-day attendess or full-conference attendees.

We encourage you to send a substitute if you cannot attend. A full refund of registration fees, less a $30 administrative fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by March 26, 2009. No refunds will be made after that date. A $30 fee also will be charged for returned checks. KU Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel the conference and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. The University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
